Entity Branding (Banner) Component
Definition
The Entity Branding (Banner) Component allows for a web site to visually promote itself. A good banner imparts the identity of the agency and sets the tone for the site's content.
^TopUsage
The Entity Branding (Banner) Component appears at the top of all web pages, just below the Enterprise Branding and Navigation Component. The component may consist of text, logos, images, banners or whatever else will assist in branding the agency and site. On the other hand, an agency can choose not to have anything in their browser other then the Entity Identification.

Default
The default HTML contains a placeholder logo image and sample text for Entity Identification. You will have to update the HTML for your Entity Identification and to use your logo. You can make stylistic changes to the text, placement of the logo and the background image through each scheme's CSS file, or override it in your own CSS. For tips on how to do this, refer to the F.A.Q.'s section on the Entity Branding (Banner) Component.
